I hear this question all the time.

1. Social Media Updates. Provide value, differentiate yourself and inspire your audience with your updates. This cultivates your relationship with them and earns you the right to promote yourself.
2. Blog. Again, provide consistent value and lead your readers to taking the next step with you.
3. Newsletter. This is your community. They have already raised their hands and said they want a relationship with you. As with updates and blogging, provide consistent value and invite them to take the next step with you.
