Are you one of the millions of companies who uses their LinkedIn Company Page to share content and opportunities with your audience?
If you’re an entrepreneur and business owner whose best audience is LinkedIn members, the easiest way for them receive your newest updates is to follow your company. But…your companies might have a variety of brands and products…which can overwhelm and confuse your audience to the point that they stop following your company.
So how can your audience tell you that they are particularly interested in your Coaching, Products, or Mentoring and get just those updates from your company that they want?
Starting yesterday there’s now a way for them to do that with LinkedIn Showcase Pages. LinkedIn Showcase Pages allow LinkedIn members to follow the specific brands and products they care about most.
Here’s what you need to know about them: LinkedIn Showcase Pages are dedicated pages that allow you to highlight different aspects of your business and build relationships with the right communities. Whether it’s a brand, a business unit, or an initiative, when your audience follows your LinkedIn Showcase Page, they receive the only updates they’re most interested in.
And interacting with your LinkedIn Showcase Pages is easy for your audience. These pages are all about content, so by visiting a Showcase Page they can quickly get up to speed on your latest updates. And like any Company Page on LinkedIn, if your audience wants to make sure they see future updates in their feed, they just click the “Follow” button.
So if you’re a Company Page administrator, here’s how you can easily and quickly create, and get the most from, your company’s own LinkedIn Showcase Page:
1. Identify the business areas of your company that need a Showcase Page. Then go to the “Edit” dropdown menu and select “Create a Showcase Page.”
2. Start sharing content from your page. You will also be able to monitor the performance of your Showcase Page through LinkedIn’s analytic tools.
LinkedIn will be rolling out this new product globally in the next few days, so if you don’t see the Showcase Page option on your Company Page right now, look for it in the coming days.
